FCN: Agreements with related parties

The Board of Directors of FECON Corporation approved the policy on implementing contracts and transactions between FECON Corporation with FECON Mining Joint Stock Company, a company related to an insider of FECON Corporation. Accordingly, each contract value will be less than 35% of total assets of FECON Corporation in the latest financial statements. The contracts and transactions will be effective from April 15, 2021 to the end of December 31, 2021.
