Dividend pay-out ratio:           40%/ par value (VND4,000/ share)

Payment date:                          May 18, 2021

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company as from May 18, 2021.
