DAG: The record date for a share issuance Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company announces the record date for a stock issuance to increase its share capital:
- Stock symbol: DAG
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: April 14, 2021
- Record date: April 15, 2021
- Purpose: a stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital.
- Exercise ratio: 15%
(The one who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).
- Estimated issue volume: 7,769,068 shares.
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to other investors at a price not lower the price offered to the existing shareholders.
