The Board resolution dated April 09, 2021, the BOD of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the delay of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 on April 28, 2021.

2)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 but no later than June 30, 2021.
