CMC Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated March 26, 2021 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the plan to buy shares of CMC Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Number of shares to buy additional: not over than 10% of outstanding volume

-          Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax

-          Purpose: decreasing outstanding volume

-          Trading method: order matching of put though.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from March 26, 2021.
