CNG: Notice of change of personnel

On March 31, 2021, the Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (stock code: CNG) approved the following issues:

1)      To collect shareholders’ written opinions to vote for the nomination and election of Mr. Vu Van Thuc as Member of the Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company after Mr. Vu Van Thuc ends his term in the Board of Directors.

2)      To approve the resignation of Mr. Pham Dinh Dat from the Board of Directors. The resignation will be submitted to the 2021 Annual General Meeting for approval.
