CNG: Board resolution on a loan agreement

The Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company approved main contents of the loan agreement with Vietinbank – Ba Ria Vung Tau Branch as follows:

-          Bank: Vietinbank – Ba Ria Vung Tau Branch

-          Credit limit: VND200 billion

-          Purpose: to raise the working capital.
