CLG: Decision on delisting of stock

On April 12, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.202/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (CLG):

-          Stock type                               : common stock

-          Stock code                              : CLG

-          Delisting volume                     : 21,150,000 shares

-          Delisting value                        : VND211,500,000,000

-          Effective delisting date           : April 22, 2021  

-          Reason: The Company’s accumulated loss until 12/31/2020 was more than the paid-in charter capital. Besides, the audit company rejected to give opinions about the 2020 consolidated financial statements of Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company. Pursuant to the regulations, this is a case of mandatory delisting.
