CKG: BOD approved the result of stock offering The Board resolution dated April 12, 2021, the BOD of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved the following issues:
1) Approving the result of public offering as follows:
- Selling price: 10,000 dongs /share
- Total distributed shares: 30,000,000 shares, accounting for 100% of total shares to be offered; Of which:
+ Number of shares to implement rights by existing shareholders: 27,470,050 shares
+ Number of shares to continue to sell to other investors: 2,529,950 shares
- Total proceeds from the offering: 300,190,517,500 dongs; Of which:
+ Number of shares to implement rights by existing shareholders: 274,700,500,000 dongs;
+ Number of shares to continue to sell to other investors: 25,299,500,000 dongs.
2) Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital to VND 824,997,810,000 equivalent to 82,499,781 shares.
