BKG: BOD approved to change the time to hold AGM 2021
The Board resolution dated April 07, 2021, the BOD of BKG VietNam Investment Joint Stock Company approved to change the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:
- Meeting time: April 28, 2021 (instead of April 15, 2021)
- Meeting venue: Floor 2nd, Victoria Building, Van Phu Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.
