On April 22, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.233/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of An Truong An Joint Stock Company (ATG):

-          Stock type                               : common stock

-          Stock code                              : ATG

-          Delisting volume                     : 15,220,000 shares

-          Delisting value                        : VND152,200,000,000

-          Effective delisting date           : April 29, 2021  

-          Reason: The Company had losses in three consecutive years (2018, 2019, 2020). Besides, the audit company rejected to give opinions about the 2020 financial statements of An Truong An Joint Stock Company. Pursuant to the regulations, this is a case of mandatory delisting.
