 The payment for the 2020 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           4%/ par value (VND400/ share)

Payment date:                          April 20, 2021

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Nam Power Development Joint Stock Company as from April 20, 2021.
