    The Board resolution dated March 02, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: March 23, 2021

-          Meeting time: April 27, 2021.

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

2)      Approving the time to pay second cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: March 23, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/share (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 20, 2021.
