The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Delaying the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until May 2021;

-          Record date for shareholders attending the Annual General Meeting: April 16, 2021.
