VDP: Board resolution on AGM 2021 & dividend payment The Board of Directors of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint - Stock Company approved the plan for holding the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and making the second dividend payment for 2020 as follows:
