TDC: Board approves the dossiers of registration for public offering On March 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company approved the dossiers of registration for the public offering of shares, including the following documents:
1) Application for the public offering;
2) Prospectus;
3) Articles of Association;
4) Resolution of Annual General Meeting dated June 16, 2020;
5) The Board resolution on approving and implementing the plan to issue shares for increasing charter capital;
6) The Board resolution on changing the purpose and plan for capital use from the public offering;
7) Copy of the latest changes in Business Registration Certificate;
8) Audited Separate and consolidated financial statements in 2018, 2019 and 2020;
9) Copy of consulting contract that signed with BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (BSC);
