TCD: Board resolution on investment in 3K Plus Vietnam Co. Ltd.

According to the Board resolution dated March 9^th, 2021, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the additional contribution of VND200 million to 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd. by buying 20,000 shares from shareholder Tran Chi Nghia to increase its stake in 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd. to VND4 billion, or 400,000 common shares, accounting for 20% of 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd.

2)      Approving the additional contribution of VND8.4 billion to 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd.. Accordingly, Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company will buy 840,000 shares in the share issue to the existing shareholders to increase its stake in 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd. to VND12.4 billion, or 1,240,000 common shares, accounting for 20% of 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd.

3)      Authorizing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung, CEO, to manage the whole stake worth VND12.4 billion, or 1,240,000 common shares, accounting for 20% of 3K Plus Vietnam Co., Ltd.
