 On March 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Record date: March 31, 2021

-          Meeting time: 8:00, April 28, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Floor 19^th, Vinaconex Building, 34 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Ha Noi.

-          Content:

• Approving the report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2020;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;
• Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
• Approving the remuneration for the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021;
• Approving the additional election of the BOD, Supervisory Board for the period 2020-2025;
• Approving the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter;
