-          To appoint Mr. Dang Thanh Tam as the representative of contributed capital of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation in Saigontel – Quang Ninh.

-          To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Cam Phuong as Director cum Legal Representative of Saigontel – Quang Ninh.
