SFI: Holding AGM 2021 & dividend payment The Board resolution dated February 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved the following issues:
1) Approving the record date to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:
- Record date: March 25, 2021
- Meeting time: expected in April 2021.
- Meeting venue: Notice later.
- Content:
- Report on the BOD activities in 2020 and plan for 2021;
- Report on the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
- Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020 and plan for 2021;
- Other issues.
2) Approving the time to pay first cash dividend for 2020:
- Record date: March 25, 2021
- Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)
