PPC: Changing the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated March 01, 2021, the BOD of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved to change the time to hold the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: February 09, 2021

-          Meeting date: April 21, 2021 (instead of March 15, 2021)

-          Meeting venue: Km 28, Highway 18, Pha Lai Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province.
