Phú Mỹ Hưng unveils new apartment project
To be built on an area of around 10,800sq.m, it will have a 15- and 16-storey building each with a total of 182 condos and 37 shophouses.
Units are likely to be sold from the second quarter of this year, and a show house has been built at the Phu My Hung Sales Gallery Centre in District 7.
At the launch ceremony late last week IFC granted the EDGE certificate for Cardinal Court.
EDGE is a green building certification system focused on making new residential and commercial buildings more resource-efficient.
It requires a building to achieve a minimum reduction of 20 per cent in energy and water use.
Cardinal Court claims to have achieved energy reduction is 28 per cent and water reduction of 39 per cent.
