KDH: Increasing subsidiaries’ capital

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated March 16, 2021 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors approved the plan for increasing the charter capital of International Consulting Co., Ltd. (*) so that International Consulting Co., Ltd. could increase the charter capital of Binh Trung Real Estate Investment Trading Co., Ltd. (*) in order to expand land fund in District 2, Ho Chi Minh city.

2)      The Board of Directors approved the plan for increasing the charter capital Kim Phat Investment Trading Co., Ltd. (*) so that Kim Phat Investment Trading Co., Ltd. could increase the charter capital of Phu Hai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (*) in order to expand land fund in District 2, Ho Chi Minh city.
