The Board resolution dated March 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of HACISCO Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2020 as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected in April 2021

-          Meeting venue: Me Tri National Conference Center, Nam Tu Liem, Ha Noi.

• Report from the Supervisory Board in 2020;
• Plan for profit distribution in 2020;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
