HAG: Cancellation of record date & extension of the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated March 24, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      To cancel the record date (April 01, 2021) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021.

2)      To postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021. The company will take place before June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
