On March 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation issued a resolution regarding the establishment of Gemadept Central Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          New company: Gemadept Central Joint Stock Company

-          Head office: Floor 9, Indochina Riverside Tower, 74 Bach Dang, Hai Chau 1, Hai Chau district, Da Nang city

-          Charter capital: VND20 billion

-          Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc.
