GIL: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated March 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the extension of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 before the first six months of 2021.

2)      Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: April 12, 2021

-          Meeting time: Notice later

-          Meeting venue: Trang Cat Area, Hac Dich Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

-          Content:

• Approving the business result in 2020 and business plan in 2021;
• Report on the BOD activities in 2020;
• Plan for profit distribution in 2020;
• Audited financial statements in 2020;
• Plan for 2020 profit distribution;
• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
• Proposal on the stock issuance to existing shareholders in 2021;
• Proposal on the bond issuance;
• Other issues.
