GEX: Board resolution on capital disbursement

On March 17, 2021, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: GEX) approved to disburse capital to member companies in the disbursement plan of proceeds from the stock offering.

1)      Approving to fund Gelex Infrastructure Joint Stock Company to implement wind power plant projects (Huong Phung 2 and Huong Phung 3 Projects invested by Huong Phung Wind Power Co., Ltd. and Gelex 1, 2, 3 Projects invested by Quang Tri Gelex Energy Joint Stock Company).

-          Estimated maximum loan amount: 1,800,000,000,000.

-          Time of implementation: after the stock offering.

2)      Approving to fund Gelex Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company to restructure financial resources and raise the working capital:
