DVP: Extension of the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated March 15, 2021, the BOD of Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company approved the postponement of the holding of Annual General Meeting due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the company will take place before June 30, 2021. The details will be informed later.
