 The Board resolution dated March 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

• Audited financial statements in 2020;
• Plan for profit distribution and dividend payment in 2020;
• Report on the BOD activities in 2021;
• Plan for mobilizing capital for business production activities and investment in 2021;
• Bond issuance plan in 2021;
• Adjustment to the Bac Vung Tau New Urban Area project;
• Adjustment to the Nam Vinh Yen New Urban Area project for the phase 1;
• Approving the transaction with related parties;
• Plan for a merger between DIG and Ha Nam Construction Development Investment Company Limited.
• Plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020;
• Plan for stock issuance under ESOP to raise charter capital;
• Adjustment, amendment and supplement of the Company’s charter;
