On March 03, 2021, Central Hydropower Joint Stock Company issued a decision to approve the change of the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

-          Estimated meeting time: April 22, 2021

-          Change time: will be noticed later (expected before June 30, 2021)

-          Reason for change: The company focuses on troubleshooting the tunnel of A Luoi Hydropower Plant.
