C32: BOD approved the contents of AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated March 24, 2021, the BOD of CIC39 Corporation approved the contents to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 with the following details:

-          Report on the BOD in 2020 and plan for 2021;

-          Approving the audited financial statements in 2020;

-          Report on the Corporate Governance in 2020;

-          Annual Report in 2020;

-          Report on the profit distribution, appropriation to funds, remuneration and dividend payment in 2020 and plan for 2021;

-          Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;

-          Amendment of the Company’s charter.

-          Other issues.
