BCM: BOD approved to extend the time to hold AGM 2021

The Board resolution dated March 17, 2021, the BOD of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved to postpone the time to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021. The company will take place before June 30, 2020. The details will be informed later.
