BCM: Board resolution on the transfer of land-use rights

On March 15, 2021, the Board of Directors of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved to sign a principle agreement on the transfer of land-use rights of lots: HL-E2, HL-E6, HL-E7 in Hoa Loi Residential Area Project, as follows:

-          Project: Hoa Loi Residential Area Project

-          Location: Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province

-          Transferor: Investment and Industrial Development Corporation

-          Transferee: Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company

-          Total transfer value: 456,742,000,000 dongs.
