ATG: The first annual general meeting of 2020 is unsuccessful

On March 15, 2020, the first Annual General Meeting of 2020 of An Truong An Joint Stock Company was convened in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province. However, until 10:00am, March 15, 2020, the number of shareholders attending the meeting was 19 shareholders, representing 1,322 voting shareholders, equivalent to 8.09% of the total voting shares. Therefore, the first Annual General Meeting of 2020 was unsuccessful.
