ABT: Board resolution on trading transfer to HNX

On March 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of Bentre Aquaproduct Import And Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ABT) approved the temporary transfer of stock transactions from the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) as guided in Official Dispatch No.713/UBCK-PTTT dated March 03, 2021 of the State Securities Commission.

Time of trading transfer: no later than April 15, 2021.
