Viglacera Thang Long (TLT) predicts plunging profits

Viglacera Thang Long Joint Stock Company (TLT) hopes to achieve revenue and pre-tax profit of VND110.6 billion (US$4.8 million) and VND270 million in the first quarter of 2021, down 31 per cent and 95 per cent respectively compared to the fourth quarter of 2020.

Revenue and pre-tax profit in Q4 last year hit nearly VND161 billion and more than VND5 billion, respectively, fulfilling 98 per cent and 83 per cent of the yearly plan.

Its revenue for the whole of last year exceeded VND588 billion, nearly 7 per cent higher than the annual plan. Pre-tax profit also topped expectations to reach nearly VND13 billion.

Established in 2003, the company specialises in manufacturing and selling ceramic products and all kinds of building materials, investment in infrastructure, installation and decoration for the interior of industrial and civil projects.
