-          Stock code: ND2 (exchange floor: Upcom)

-          Owning volume by VINACONEX: 19,115,614 shares (38.24% of Nedi2’s current paid-up charter capital)

-          Estimated buying volume: 6,881,245 shares (13.76% of Nedi2’s current paid-up charter capital)

-          Total owning volume by VINACONEX after the public tender offer: 25,996,859 shares (52% of Nedi2’s current paid-up charter capital)

-          Trading time: in Quarter 1 and 2 of 2021, after the State Securities Commission approves the public tender offer.
