VCB: Board approves transactions with a related company

On January 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued a resolution on the approval for agreements and transactions between Vietcombank and FPT Information System Co., Ltd. (the related person is Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors) for the packages of purchasing routers for Vietcombank, investing in application updates on ATM system, etc.
