TCSC: Selling bonds to a person related to an internal person

Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) announces the signing of a bond purchase agreement with a person related to an internal person according to the plan for TCSC’s first bond issue in 2021:

-          Buyer: Saigon 3 Garment Factory (the firm related to Ms. Pham Viet Lan Anh, a member of the Board of Directors)

-          Total subscription volume: 200 bonds

-          Total subscription value: VND20 billion.
