The Board resolution dated February 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Son Ha Sai Gon Join Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

• Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2021;
• Approving the election of member of BOD for the period 2021 - 2026;
• Other issues.
