Based on Decision dated February 08, 2021, the BOD of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares under ESOP with the following issues:

-          Stock name: Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company

-          Securities type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Expected issue volume: 575,000 shares

-          Total value of issue (based on par value): VND 5,750,000,000

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND 120,750,000,000

-          Transfer restriction: 05 years from the issue date

-          Execution time: Quarter 1/2021

-          To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
