PLP: Investing in subsidiaries On February 22, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) To increase the ownership ratio at Royal Crystal Joint Stock Company:
- Issuer: Royal Crystal Joint Stock Company
- Estimated ownership ratio after the investment: at least 51% and at most 99% of the outstanding shares
- Buying price: at most VND30,000/share
- Investment method: contributing capital to raise capital and/or purchasing shares from the existing shareholders.
After the acquisition, Royal Crystal Joint Stock Company will become a subsidiary of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company.
2) To increase the ownership ratio at Minh Cam Minerals Joint Stock Company:
- Issuer: Minh Cam Minerals Joint Stock Company
- Estimated ownership ratio after the investment: at least 51% and at most 99% of the outstanding shares
- Buying price: at most VND22,000/share
- Investment method: contributing capital to raise capital and/or purchasing shares from the existing shareholders.
After the acquisition, Minh Cam Minerals Joint Stock Company will become a subsidiary of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company. HOSE
