PGD: BOD resolution on the business plan in 2021 The Board resolution dated February 03, 2021, the BOD of Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company approved the business plan in 2021 as follows:
- Owner’s equity: 1,350.0 billion dongs; Of which:
Charter capital: 900.0 billion dongs
- Revenue: 8,302.7 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 255.6 billion dongs
- Profit after tax: 204.5 billion dongs
- To pay dividend: 18%
- To pay the State budget: 89.3 billion dongs
- To distribute the profit:
+ Reward and Welfare fund: 17.2 billion dongs
+ Bonus Fund to the Executive Board: 0.5 billion dongs
+ To pay cash dividend (18%/charter capital): 162.0 billion dongs
+ Remaining profit: 24.8 billion dongs. HOSE
