KDC: Setting up a joint venture with Vinamilk

On February 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of KIDO Group Corporation approved the establishment of a joint venture in the field of beverage and ice cream with Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk). The initial capital of the joint venture is 400 billion dongs. In which, KIDO Group Corporation contributes 196 billion dongs, equivalent to 49% and Vinamilk contributes 204 billion dongs, equivalent to 51%.
