HSG: Board resolution on the sale of treasury shares

Hoa Sen Group announces the Board resolution dated February 17, 2021 as follows:

1)      The Board of Directors approved the policy on the sale of treasury shares before the effective date of Enterprise Laws 2019 so that the Company can meet conditions to buy back its shares and reduce its charter capital. 

-          Stock code: HSG

-          Number of treasury shares registered for sale: 327,100 shares

-          Trading method: order-matching or put-through

-          Trading time: expected to complete the sale in March 2021.

2)      The Company will collect shareholders’ opinions in writing to vote for share buyback and capital decrease.

-          Record date for closing the shareholder list: March 09, 2021

-          Estimated voting time: from March 20, 2021 to April 05, 2021

-          Content: to vote for repurchasing 22,000,000 shares and decreasing charter capital.
