CRE: Board resolution on real estate investment in Ha Noi city

According to the Board resolution dated January 26, 2021, the Board of Directors of Century Land Joint Stock Company unanimously approved the investment, purchase, sale and transfer of real estate in Hoang Van Thu New Urban Area Project in wards including Hoang Van Thu, Thinh Liet, Yen So in Hoang Mai district, Ha Noi city, invested by Hoang Mai Urban Investment Development Joint Stock Company, with the total investment of 446,247,014,800 dongs.
