VPG: Board resolution on bank borrowing

On January 19, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company requested Hai Phong Branch of Eximbank to grant credit limits as follows:

-          Granting a credit limit of VND300 billion for opening LC and underwriting contracts;

-          Granting a credit limit of VND50 billion for short-term loans, payment underwriting, tax underwriting.
