1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Dam Manh Cuong as Director of Ha Noi branch from the signing date of this decision.

2)      The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Cuong as Director of Ha Noi branch from the signing date of this decision.
