LDG: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of contribution capital

The Board resolution dated January 21, 2021, the BOD of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the policy to receive the transfer of 99.9% contribution capital in Van Huong Company Limited to receive rights for developing the project of forest protection investment and development in Van Binh Commune, Van Khanh Commune, Van Ninh District, Khanh Hoa Province. Details are as follows:

-          Location: Van Binh Commune, Van Khanh Commune, Van Ninh District, Khanh Hoa Province

-          Area: 495.8 ha

-          Transfer value: VND 109,890,000,000

-          Estimated investment capital: VND 3,846,467,986,000

-          Estimated profit after tax is not lower than VND 970,000,000,000.
